Sandos Caracol Eco Resort & Spa hotel is part of Sandos Hotels & Resorts and is located on a beautiful stretch of white sand beach on the Riviera Maya. The resort is only 45 minutes from Cancun’s International Airport and just 15 minutes from downtown Playa del Carmen. Within this all inclusive resort, you will find 62 3-storey villas with a total of 781 rooms and Junior Suites.

Rooms

There are three categories of rooms including standard and deluxe as well as junior suites. Standard rooms include:

The Deluxe rooms have the following amenities :

• One additional double sofa bed

• Ceiling fan
• Satellite color T.V.
• Clock radio with alarm
• Telephone
• Mini Bar with mineral water, soft drinks and beer (restocked every other day)
• Safety box
• Balcony with Garden, Pool or Jungle view.

Maximum capacity: 3 Adults and 1 child OR 2 Adults and 2 children

The Junior suites include the above amenities plus some extra room. This comes in very handy with a family!

All Inclusive Amenities

• All meals (buffet breakfast, buffet lunch and buffet dinner), snacks and dinner in speciality à la carte restaurants
• Unlimited national and imported drinks, including in the Disco. Drinks available on the complex 24 hours a day
• Tennis (unlimited use of courts during opening hours). Includes use of equipment (balls and rackets); appropriate attire required

Families & Kids

Sandos Hotels and Resorts take family very seriously. They are one of the few resorts in Mexico that offer a kids program starting at age 2. Their Kids Club runs from 10:00am to 9:00pm daily. Another great thing about this kids club is that they separate the kids into groups according to their age. That way, they can make sure your children are involved in age specific games and activities. Plus, the older kids won’t feel like they’re with a bunch of babies. The groups are broken down accordingly:

• Baby - 2-3 years
• Kids - 4-7 years
• Children - 8-12 years

Each program has it’s own schedule with fully supervised activities, such as: children’s pool, games and crafts, mini disco . For the ages 2-3 years, the schedule is 10 am to 1 pm and 3 to 6 pm.

They also offer activities that involve parents, children and teenagers, creating a totally family-friendly atmosphere.
