The following restaurants are available throughout the days so that you don’t get bored eating the same old food:

Magnus Food Court - Boasts 12 different cuisine stations with a fusion of flavors for every palate and taste desire. Some food court specialties include Japanese, Mexican, Vegetarian, Grill, Italian, Sea Food, Fruits & Salads, and an extravagant deserts and cheese counter.

  • Breakfast hours: 7:00 am – 11:30 am
  • Lunch & Dinner hours: 12:30 pm – 9:00 pm
  • Dress code: Casual attire, reservations are not required

Great Parnassus Resort food

Deli Manhattan - An all day casual New York style restaurant located in the Via Veneto. A definitive experience for those seeking the traditional New York cuisine. Some of its specialties are the Smoked Salmon, Quail Liver Pate, Stuffed Mushrooms with Crab Meat and Holland Sauce.

  • Breakfast hours: 7:00 am – 11:30 am
  • Lunch & Dinner: 12:30 pm – 9:00 pm
  • Late snack: 10:30 pm – 6:00 am
  • Dress code: Casual attire, reservations are not required.

Samurai - A traditional Tepanyaki Japanese Grill a la carte Restaurant. The menu features the finest Japanese dishes, both traditional and contemporary including a sushi bar. At any time during your dining experience at the sushi bar please feel free to ask the chefs to prepare some of his special for you.

  • Dress code: Casual attire, reservations are not required

Big Ben – Complete with London’s scenery, Big Ben Restaurant offers fine dining Steak house. Some of the house specialties are the oriental spare ribs with five spices; honey, garlic & soy sauce, Rib eye steak, Fowl chicken oven baked in a herb crust served with your choice of vegetables and potatoes.

Portofino – If it seems like every resort has a restaurant named Portofino, this one is no different…though the food might be. This is an a la carte restaurant with dozens of seafood varieties at the peak of their seasons, including appetizers, salads, soups, fowl, meats and a large selection of desserts just to name a few. Menus are printed featuring a fresh list of more than 30 delicious and unique seafood recipes. You’ll have to try it!

Sanctorum Elite Lounge – A relaxing beachfront restaurant featuring breakfast and hours de oeuvres. It is located on the 10th floor and exclusive for Suites, Master & Club guests.

  • Le Maison de Michelle – If you want to get out with just the adults, the elegant Maison de Michelle a la carte is an adults only Gourmet International cuisine restaurant. They have created a nouvelle french menu featuring delicate flavors from luxury french ingredients and a wide variety of renowned teasing options, some samplings include: Boquinete Fillet with two Sabayon, Beef Medallion with Shitake's, Stuffed Quail, Escargot in a cheese basquet over a light herb and garlic cream.

    The great atmosphere and fine cuisine offers a quiet and romantic ambiance that will make an unforgettable night.

    Le Maison de Michelle is located in the Via Veneto.

    El Maguey – This is a traditional Mexican Restaurant that brings family and friends together for a feast of excellent food, such as guacamole, enchiladas, fajitas, tacos, tostadas, outstanding wines, and exquisite desserts. Open for lunch.

    • Lunch hours: 12:00 pm - 6:00 pm
    • Dress code: Casual attire, reservations are not required

    Carrousel – A great place for the kids! They’ll be in heaven with all of their favorites in the lunch buffet. After playing in the “Treasure Island” Water Park your little ones will enjoy this delicious food that can be served in child-sized portions.

    • Lunch hours: 12:00 pm - 6:00 pm
    • Dress code: Casual or informal attire, reservations are not required

    Creperie - A cozy corner that serves an extensive list of cappuccinos and desserts such as pastries, layer cakes, extravagant hand decorated pies, sweet crepes, loaves of bread and ice creams are also available.

    • Lunch & Dinner: 4:00 pm – 11:00 pm

    Room service - If you prefer to have your meals in the privacy of your room, Great Parnassus All Inclusive Resort offers 24 hour room service with a diverse selection of meals, snacks, drinks and desserts.

    For more dinning choices for the adults, they offer exchange privileges with the Golden Parnassus adults only Resort & Spa.

    Daily free shuttles every hour till 10:00 pm
